Processing time for all orders take 1-2 weeks to be shipped out from order date. This process can not be expedited.
All orders are shipped once a week from Orlando, FL. Shipping time is based on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Pease note your delivery is based on your order date + processing time + shipping time. We use USPS for all orders to give you the lowest shipping price possible. Please note once your order is in the hands of USPS, we can not expedite the speed or change any order details. Please contact USPS for all inquiries about your shipment once the package is in their hands.
Cancellations + Adjustments

All orders are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays from customs or the chosen carrier at checkout
At this time we do not accept returns unless the item is defected, misprinted, damaged, or lost in transit. Any claims must be completed 30 days from your order. If you are placing an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
You are able to exchange your item in the original condition and packaging within 30 days. If we are sold out of the item you are looking to exchange, we will issue you a store credit. All claims must be completed within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving your new item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
